For high-torque and high-power applications, the factory ZF 8HP51 transmissions are not the optimal long-term solution. When upgrading to the more robust 8HP76, proper configuration is critical for reliability and performance.

To simplify the process, Sutphin Tuning offers a complete, one-stop shop for the 8HP76 Swap Solution designed to ensure a correct and seamless integration.

The 8HP76 Swap Solution Includes:

• ISN reset
• Auto coding by FA
• Complete transmission coding using the stock shifter
• License to flash Included
• Adaptations reset performed
• Adaptations reset of the Rear Diff performed

This solution removes the guesswork from transmission upgrades, providing a proven, professional path for customers running higher power levels who demand durability, consistency, and proper OEM-level integration.

Tuning comes with 2 revision, which must be done within the 4-week period of the purchase date. However, any customization beyond the 4-week period or revision is an additional charge (Which is considered Advanced Tuning). Step-by-Step Process

1. Download & License Verification
   Download the 1769Flash software and verify your license code.

   Note: Purchase of at least one solution is required to activate the platform.

2. Initial Vehicle Connection
   Connect the software to the vehicle to retrieve EGS/TCU ID information.
   This information will automatically populate in your 1769Flash account dashboard.
3. Create a Project
   In the 1769Flash program, select “Add Project” (located in the top-right corner).
   Assign a name to the project for easy identification.
4. Purchase Your Tune
   Once complete, your custom tune file will be uploaded directly to your 1769Flash account dashboard.
5. Flashing the Tune
   • Connect to the vehicle using the 1769Flash program
   • Click “Write”
   • Double-click the desired tune file from your project list to begin flashing
6. Completion
   Once flashing is complete, turn the ignition off.
   The vehicle is now ready to drive.
