Step-by-Step Process
- Download & License Verification
Download the 1769Flash software and verify your license code.Note: Purchase of at least one solution is required to activate the platform.
- Initial Vehicle Connection
Connect the software to the vehicle to retrieve EGS/TCU ID information.
This information will automatically populate in your 1769Flash account dashboard. - Create a Project
In the 1769Flash program, select “Add Project” (located in the top-right corner).
Assign a name to the project for easy identification. - Purchase Your Tune
Purchase the appropriate transmission tuning from SutphinTuning.com.
Once complete, your custom tune file will be uploaded directly to your 1769Flash account dashboard. - F & G Series Tuning

- Connect to the vehicle using the 1769Flash program
- Click “Write”
- Double-click the desired tune file from your project list to begin flashing
- Completion
Once flashing is complete, turn the ignition off.
The vehicle is now ready to drive.
Tuning for stock transmission comes with 1 revision, built transmission comes with 2 revisions if needed, which must be done within the 4-week period of the purchase date. However, any customization beyond the 4-week period or revision is an additional charge (Which is considered Advanced Tuning). To discuss your specific tuning needs and receive a quote, please contact a Sutphin tuning representative.
Full Custom Tuning ($450)
Sutphin Tuning offers Full Custom Tuning—a fully personalized approach built from a base file tailored to your specific vehicle and modifications. This option is designed for high-performance builds (typically 900HP / 800TQ and above) or for track-focused setups such as drag racing, road course or time attack applications where precision and control are critical.
Due to the level of expertise and time involved, all Full Custom Tuning sessions must be completed within 4 weeks of the purchase date or upon reaching 4 revision files, whichever comes first.
Tune Suggestions:
For Best Results use D3 and S3 under part throttle brake boosting in the range of 2800rpm to 3500rpm in 1st gear.
Normal 60ft times for stock turbos is in the range of 1.56 to 1.66 using brake boosting launch on normal street conditions.
S3 shifting options are True manual or Auto shifting at wide open throttle.

Recommendations:
- For Power levels of 650hp to 750hp and higher I recommend getting a built transmission.
- Recommended to use with Adrenaline ATF SS fluid, Amsoil ATF Blue Cap or Motul ATF VI changing fluid every 30k to 40k miles on tuned vehicles
