In addition to our expert tuning services, we also offer high-quality rebuilt valve bodies for ZF6HP and ZF8HP transmissions.
Steps for getting a Sutphin TCU tune:
1) You will need a device with an Internet /WIFI connection, the device will need the xhp flashtool app with the general flashing license. (Android, Iphone, or Laptop windows)
2) KDcan Cable can use used for (Android or laptop) or Thor WIFI, MHD, XHP adaptors (work on Android, IPhone, and Laptop) for the BMW OBD2 port.
3) In some rare cases I may ask for a stock_tcu_backup file to be emailed to sutphintuning@gmail.com.
4) You place the online order with the correct vehicle information and pay for it.
5) I will email the transmission tune with instructions to flash to you.
6) You download the tune file from the email to the downloads folder which is the default on most devices.
7) Connect the XHP, TGflash, Flex, and Bflash programs to the transmission, and show them where the tune file is then flash.
Limits on Liability:
- You purchase the Transmission tuning and performance parts at your own risk.
- Once you buy a tune you own that digital file that is emailed to you, with NO refunds. Exchanges or refunds on defective parts will be handled on an individual basis.
- Sutphintuning is not responsible for installation labor charges.
- If the vehicle is sold and purchased by another party, the new owner of the vehicle would need to purchase new transmission tuning and support, it does not carry over.
