While our tunes are extensively tested to ensure optimal performance and reliability, Sutphin Tuning LLC is not responsible for any issues resulting from the use of third-party flashers. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Changes made by the third-party flasher to our tune or related system parameters.
• Updates, bugs, or malfunctions within the third-party flasher software or hardware.
• Any incompatibility between the third-party flasher and our tunes.

Important Notes:

1. If a third-party flasher causes issues during the flashing process or affects the functionality of our tune, Sutphin Tuning LLC will not issue refunds or be held liable for any resulting damages or performance issues.

All transmission tuning and performance parts sold by Sutphin Tuning are purchased and installed at your own risk. Sutphin Tuning provides these products as-is, without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Once a tune is purchased and delivered digitally via email, no refunds will be issued. If you do not receive the email containing your digital file, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date to resolve the issue. Sutphin Tuning is not responsible for any damage, mechanical failure, or loss in vehicle performance due to the installation or use of our tuning products. All modifications and installations are performed at your own discretion and should be handled by certified professionals.

Defective parts may be eligible for exchange or refund, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. This does not apply to digital tune files, which are non-refundable. Sutphin Tuning is not responsible for any installation labor charges or fees incurred during the tuning process.

In the event that the vehicle is sold or transferred to a new owner, the transmission tunes or any related services do not carry over. A new owner must purchase a new transmission tune and support package.

Sutphin Tuning is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or installation of any tuning or performance parts. Any loss, failure of performance, mechanical issues, error, omission, defect, or delay caused by the use of our products or third-party software or services. Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, harm to the vehicle, loss of profits, business interruptions, or performance degradation. The contents of any communication, message, or information provided to you or third parties by Sutphin Tuning.
